The hotel is well maintained and clean, but lacks essentials like a kettle and iron. On the bright side, the staff has been very accommodating, although they could improve their friendliness. Missing some basic things, like a shelf in the shower for toiletries, could be a downside. However, the inclusion of a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities this year is a definite improvement.

My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were spotless and always sunny, perfect for our family of four. The service was fantastic, especially with the kids, and the location was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience had some ups and downs, but the hotel facilities were top-notch.
